Every day, we store many millions of data points and events in our in-house data warehouse in order to generate analyses which in turn allow us and our partners to better understand – and predict – the needs of our customers.

This enables manufacturers to customize their product design, streamlines the procurement processes between us and our suppliers, and eventually ensures our goods’ greatest possible availability at the best possible price for our customers.

In procurement, we cherish close cooperation with our partners. Thus, we support many suppliers in forecasting, e.g. by placing scheduled orders in considerable advance, and by therefore also bearing a great deal of the related risk.
Some suppliers are also connected to our automated ordering system, receiving regular orders which are customised to ideally suit their respective parameters, such as hours of operation, minimum quantities, frequency of orders, etc.
